Founder of Leadership Solutions LLC, she combines a business-grounded background in finance and operations with advanced education in Human and Organizational Development. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications from Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, and Northwestern University.
